What was I thinking
c
What was I thinking when I thought I could easily do this everyday. I will stop my whining soon.
I did not have a piece from May 31st, 2009, so I thought I would break up June 1st's scans and post the first two here.
Pieces:
5806.06019
5824.060109
You can clearly see, that working with the pallet knife in the shown images, I was really getting into understanding how it was moving the color over the paper in a very rhythmic form. I remember listening to the classical station a lot while creating this style and I found myself getting in to the 'groove' as you will, with the violin music. Almost as if I was playing a violin.

It seems harder to be fresh with something different to say...
each day compared to visually creating something. At least for now for me. I guess looking back at it, when I started out I was so focused on just creating. And everything I had been through the previous several weeks, I guess I did not care how it looked. Being judgmental towards your work is probably the hardest thing to get past. If I had not been through everything I had been through and my guard was not up towards caring what it looked like, then I don't think I could have gotten as far as I did.
It is still with me, being non-judgmental towards my work, and it is starting to permeate most aspects of my life. And for that I am immensely grateful.

I miss creating
I have been working so hard on selling my pieces that I have not had the chance to create more. Of course I know I have enough inventory to last me a while but that is not what I am concerned with. Creating in my studio, everything is so still and quiet. It is in my basement and the concrete walls keep it so still and quiet. It is as if you are in a different world all together.
Soon very soon I will be creating again.
Pieces:
5716.052909, ink on paper
5717.052909, ink on paper
5725.052909, oil on paper

Migraine is still with me so I will be brief
It has been a while since I had one this severe. A while means months. On days like today I would have been fortunate to have produce more then one piece so I will only post one piece.
Piece 5625.052509
I have decide that I should post each piece that was created on the same day but one year previously. So this piece was created one year ago (minus one day since I have not scanned any from May 24th 2009).

Migraines migraines make them go away
I know I have not been publishing many pieces (ok none) lately, but I have been working so hard on my Etsy shop and of course all the cognitive processing hurts my head even more as well as wearing me out to the point of exhaustion and now another migraine.
So be it.
I did however put one of my larger pieces onto a new living room photo and love the way it looks. Here it is.
Goodnight.

Hello, anybody out there........
.........Yes I am talking to you.
For some odd reason I am wanting to post this poem, statement or whatever you want to call it. This is from June 30th of 2007. About 6 months before my idea of my exhibit (still wanting to produce) called Crucifixion Of The Feminine
You might be wondering what does this have to do with 1 YEAR, 10,000 PIECES, 1 ARTIST. IT DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT EXCEPT FOR THE SAME PERSON THAT CREATED THE 10, pieces also had this idea about the exhibit that will show that the most pivotal moment in western society (if not the world since western society has infiltrated the world) that is was not the SON OF GOD that was crucified 2000 years ago, or a man. It was the feminine inherent in humanity that was crucified.
So here it is:
There is a baby in my belly.
The baby is me being reborn.
The birth of a new creation is unique & unwise only to patriarchs that can see this as a threat to a new & different life.
For fear reigns in there bellies constantly creating constant new fear.
Fear is unwise & necessary only to the point of remembrance. Remembrance of unique fear can only remind us of what is possible.
Love & acceptance.

Lately Feeling Overhwelmed
And am questioning if I should have taken this on. I wish I had help with all this and all these pieces. Definitely overwhelmed and the brain injury does not help. I miss the days when I could go 60-80 hours a week, in a way. Only on days like today when I feel as if there is so much to do and at the end of the day wondering where the time went. AAARRRRGGGGGHHHHH.
At least I got a post in before 6:00pm western time. That's a first. Now I may even post a few images but no buy now buttons and stuff.
It is what it is because it is what is.
Above pieces are:

So Many Pieces So Little Time
At least that is the way it feels at times. I pick out new pieces that I want to scan and I can't stop at just a few. I will grab a bunch and say I want to scan these today, then I see some more and more and more. And about 20 minutes later I have 40 pieces lined up to scan, which is after the previous 40 (or so) pieces I picked out a couple of days earlier, which is after another pile. See a pattern here? And by the end of the day, since there is much more then just scanning I do, I can only get about 4 done. I guess I should say they are the larger ones and those I have to scan 3-4 times for each piece. so I guess that is almost 20 pieces. OK, I don't feel as bad now.
Having fun with my new living room photo. I love the settings so much more then the first one. They belong in a more elegant modern environment.
