Forgot, then remembered and did not care

If I was going to or not post. I guess it is different in its own way as far as creating the work vs. talking about it. It seems more substantial to create everyday and understand what I am as a artist and a person. I guess I see writing about it as to be trivial, or at least something like that.

Almost did it again

What an amazing variety I did on this day. I remember that this was about the time I was in my full groove. The rhythm I was in to with the palette now was gaining its strength. This style of painting was the most difficult since it took the longest and was most exhausting on me and the hardest to get right, so to speak. The balance between how much paint to put on, what was the mixture in the paint, what type of paper did the different mixtures work well on. This is all the technical side but very relevant for the creative side.

I did it again

I missed another day of blogging. Is it really a blog or am I just trying to satisfy my ego. I guess I wanted another challenge other then selling my work, which is pretty much all I do. Post package and deliver. OK and then there is the cheap form of advertising, Craigslist.

I guess I forget to blog because I am on my computer quite a bit each day and even though I leave a tab always open to my blog, I just seem to skim over it because I am so focused on the aspects of maintaining my art business. Yes it is a business.

With the creating part of it, I could visually see what I produced. With the business part of it it is just being on the computer with a multitude of tabs going at any one time. And so as I said before, it is easy to skim over the tabs but not the work itself.

It is amazing how great these show up here compared to where I am selling them on line. These are definitely more in your face in a way that makes you want to stop and look at them. I mean LOOK AT THEM.
